A Staff Restaurant Chef is required at a busy 120 bed country hotel that caters for up 80 members of staff daily, located in Hertfordshire. You will be required to work straight shifts, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm. In this position of Staff Restaurant chef you design menus and prepare meals using all fresh ingredients cooked to high specifications. You will also help out on Banqueting, and work the occasional weekend as needed. It is essential that you are organised, self motivated and used to working in fresh food kitchens.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking a Staff Restaurant Chef who has a stable background and experience working in good quality fresh food kitchens. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to work alone and is also flexible to help other departments in the kitchen.
