The Owner of this newly refurbished hotel, located in Sheffield, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team of 6 chefs. The hotel offers all day dining in the restaurant, bar, and has 9 rooms for conferences, private dining and events with capacity to cater for in excess of 200 covers. The kitchen has recently been updated and re equipped which makes this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to join a progressive team.
This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef looking to progress and take a new challenge in their career. This position would be ideal for a chef who has a proven track record of working in a fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 3 years with banqueting experience.
