Seasonal Job in an idyllic location
An excellent opportunity for a chef, who is looking for seasonal work at a retreat on a beautiful Scottish Island. The House is open from March until November for full board guests and can be booked for small groups or exclusive use groups up to 23 guests at one time. The guests are served breakfast lunch afternoon tea and dinner all dishes made from fresh ingredients and advertised as good home cooking. In this role you will be working with one other in the kitchen so it is a small team and you will liaise with the retreat staff to ensure guests needs are catered for. You will be responsible for ordering the supplies and maintaining all kitchen paperwork. This is a very secluded setting and so is a real lifestyle choice.
Requirements:
A Chef who has a a proven track record of working in fresh food kitchens is required to take on this position. A chef who has good communication skills, and a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile to not only provide meals for the guests but to cater for special events. A chef who is looking to spend time in a secluded setting for a season.
