The position of Sous Chef is available at a high quality popular village pub which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The pub restaurant serves good quality traditional pub fayre which is all made in house and served in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The inn is not a fine dining venue but it has proven to be one where a high standard of food is served, menus are on a blackboard and change weekly sometimes daily. In this role of Sous Chef you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen including training of junior members of staff.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced sous chef with a proven track record working in a high quality fresh food kitchen.
