A Sous Chef is required for this privately owned pub to help continue the great reputation for serving high quality fresh food. As Sous Chef will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The menus, which you will be strongly involved in developing, consist of traditional pub classics, made using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers as much as possible, along with regularly changing specials. As Sous Chef you will be supporting the team of 5 chefs chefs cooking for large numbers during the peak season.
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as Sous Chef or senior cdp in a similar style of good quality food led pub. An enthusiastic and ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer a great spring board for your career and reputation.
The restaurant has opened in line with Government guidelines in order to ensure all staff remain safe within the working environment.
