A restaurant based at a golf resort in Oxfordshire is seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The restaurant has simple, well produced menus that feature a modern pub dishes made using frsh seasonal ingredients. As Sous Chef you will join the team of three working in the kitchen cooking for large numbers during the peak season and ensuring the company procedures are followed consistently.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a food led pub or branded restaurant where you were cooking fresh food. An ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression within a company would be ideal. All round cooking skills in the kitchen are essential for this role.
