A Sous Chef position is available to join a multi award winning much talked about restaurant with rooms. The food is bold, vibrant and inventive comprising of quality ingredients including locally sourced and foraged produce, which are crafted into unique dishes. As Sous Chef, you get to oversee all section in the kitchen, and work closely with the renowned Head Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a superb kitchen with a fantastic reputation.
The role needs a Sous Chef that has at least 3 years experience working in a minimum 2 AA rosette standard kitchens, who is innovative and creative. You must have a passion for culinary arts, pay attention to detail and have a high standard of presentation.
