A Senior Sous Chef role is available to join a stable company that has an excellent reputation. As Senior Sous chef you will assist the Exec Head Chef to organise, monitor and train the brigade of 10 chefs. The multi outlet hotel has two kitchens and is busy all year round but especially during the holiday periods. The kitchens serves the terrace bar, private dining and has a strong banqueting and conference department, all dishes are made using fresh seasonal produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to work in a multi outlet busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress.
The Exec Head Chef is seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills. It is essential that all chefs applying enjoy island living.
