Holiday Parks situated around the coasts of England, Wales and Scotland are seeking Relief Chefs for the whole Season.
Seeking Sous and Head Chefs that have previous experience of working in volume fast paced branded kitchens.
The holiday parks are open between March to November.
As a Relief chef you do not have to work the full season but there will be plenty of hours during the peak periods which are during school holidays.
Free accommodation is available on site if needed.
Requirements:
Head or Sous Chefs that have a proven track record of working in volume kitchens following specs, complying with company regulations and procedures and can also demonstrate that they stay calm under pressure.
