The owner of a small family run boutique hotel in the stunning Scottish Highlands is seeking a relief chef for a minimum of two weeks, working at least 50 hours a week, starting in June. The multi awarded property requires a relief chef that can assist, in a chef de partie roll, the brigade of 5 chefs at this property which is fully booked until September.
Requirements:
Relief Chef who have experience working in top end fine dining kitchens, a good all rounder who is happy to work in a remote location.
