The owner of an established 200 cover fish and seafood restaurant is seeking a Prep Chef to join the stable team in the kitchen. The restaurant is popular all year round but very busy during the summer season, serving locals and destination visitors with the dishes on the menus being created using fresh seasonally changing fish and shellfish. In this role you will be communicating with the senior chefs and prepping ingredients to ensure that there is a constant supply of menu items available for the customers.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have experience of working with fish and shellfish dishes in a busy restaurant environment. It is essential that you are hard working, work well under pressure, organised, passionate, forward thinking and have a can do attitude.
This Restaurant is closed each January
