An opportunity is available for a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the pastry kitchen of a 5* luxury hotel that offers its guests the highest levels of standards and service in the multi award winning dining options. As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you will receive plenty of training to further develop your skills on the pastry section. You will be working with high quality ingredients and be helping to create restaurant desserts, banqueting desserts, pastries, baked goods, afternoon teas to exceptional standards. This hotel is part of an international hotel group, so not only will you receive fantastic training but you will also have excellent opportunities for career progression.
It is important that all chefs applying for this role have good kitchen and food knowledge and a fresh food preparation kitchen for a high quality hotel or restaurant. An infinity with the pastry section with a wish to base your CV in this area of the kitchen is essential.
