Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Pastry Chef
A Pastry Chef is required for a recently refurbished gastro pub, located in the beautiful Ribble Valley, to further improve the reputation for serving high quality fresh food and to push for a Michelin star. The Pastry Chef will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The restaurant serves lunches and evening meals from Wednesday to Saturdays then a traditional roast menu on a Sunday breakfasts lunches and evening meals. The menus, which you will be strongly involved in developing, will consist of dishes using fresh seasonal produce sourced from local artisan suppliers and fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. There is also a private dining option which can cater for groups of up to 30 covers
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Pastry Chef and can demonstrate a solid longevity of quality on their CV. An enthusiastic and ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer a great spring board for your career and reputation.
