Pan Asian Head Chef – SB2160 Full Time Permanent

An exclusive and progressive country house hotel with 120 rooms is seeking an experienced Pan Asian Head Chef to join the team of up to 30 chefs at the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Pan Asian Chef to showcase their dishes and design their own menu in a new concept restaurant that has 70 covers. The hotel has an excellent reputation for the quality of food served and you will be joining a team of highly ambitious professionals.

Requirements:

An experienced passionate Pan Asian Chef with a proven track record, who has an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure is required. A Pan Asian Chef who has a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent food every time.
