The Exec Head of this luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Head Chef to take lead of the restaurant where you will be overseeing the cooking of good quality fresh food ingredients for the gastro pub style menu. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and evening A la Carte menus where all dishes are made on site using quality, fresh ingredients to a high standard. The hotel also has a busy conferencing and banqueting department which can cater for up to 200 guests and . The Exec Head is looking for a Head Chef who is capable of organising all sections for the restaurant under pressure whilst also being able to maintain gross profits and kitchen paperwork.
A Head Chef who has a stable background with experience of working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential for this position. You must have good admin skills and able to demonstrate that you can work under pressure.
