A Head Chef role is available at a new restaurant based in Sheffield with an emphasis on Seafood
The owners of a new restaurant is seeking a Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen at the venue with the opportunity to have full autonomy on menus which will have a seafood and fresh fish theme. As Head Chef you will look to create innovative menus using fresh seasonal produce that will put the property in high regard in the area. As this is a HOD role you will be responsible for all areas of kitchen management including paperwork; implementation of hygiene legislation; financial performance; ordering and stock management.
An experienced Head Chef who has previous experience of fresh food restaurants or pubs resulting in an excellent all round knowledge of the kitchen and an up to date awareness of current cooking trends is needed for this role. All chefs applying for this role should have good organisational skills who are able to have the kitchen fully prepped for service times in order to ensure that the department runs smoothly.
