Exciting Opportunity for a Head Chef

A successful contract catering company is seeking a Head Chef to join the team of 7 chefs at one of their key accounts. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for all kitchen and back of house operations, including the production of innovative quality menus in line with agreed budgets and projections whilst ensuring profitability and growth. As Head Chef you will manage the site operation which provides breakfast lunch and evening meals for 500 covers daily, and fine dining for events and hospitality as required. The modern British menus are prepared using fresh seasonal produce with a wide choice available at each serving. The working hours are 5 days out of  7 with the occasional evening when special events are catered for.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working for a minimum of 3 years in a senior kitchen management role. They must also have a proven track record in the administration and delivery of successful kitchen teams, and in leading a large team in diverse environments with a focus on client and customer service.
