An exclusive sporting venue, located in Surrey is seeking a Head Chef to manage a brigade of 3 permanent chefs. The venue has an excellent reputation and is very busy not only on sporting days but also has event rooms and a restaurant for both members and non-members. There is a well equipped kitchen where you can lead your team of chefs from the front to ensure high standards are set and maintained. The venue can cater for parties in excess of 2000, and has a 350 seater restaurant which offers fine dining and afternoon teas. During the peak periods the venue is very busy so requires an experience Head Chef who is capable of running the multi-outlet dining options whilst under pressure.
A Head Chef who has been working for a minimum of 4 years at this level, with experience in conference and banqueting providing rosette standard dishes. A head chef who has the management skills needed to run a busy operation, works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines.
