A Head Chef is required for this pub to continue the great reputation for serving high quality fresh food. The Head Chef will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The pub restaurant is a restaurant serve lunches and evening meals and has a special Sunday menu. The menus, which you will be strongly involved in developing, will consist of dishes using high quality fresh seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers as much as possible, along with regularly changing specials. As Head Chef you will be leading a small brigade of chefs chefs cooking for large numbers during the peak season. The starting date for this the successful will not be before the middle of May 2021.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record, and a stable background. The candidate could either be an experienced head chef at a pub/restaurant at 1AA rosette level or a sous chef who has worked at 2 AA rosette level. An enthusiastic and ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer a great spring board for your career and reputation.
