A Head Chef is required for this award winning boutique hotel which boasts a great reputation not only for its food but also for its destination in the Wye Valley. The Head Chef will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. There is a restaurant which serves award winning breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, and evening meals. There is also a separate private dining area that can cater for functions for up to a maximum of 20 guests. The menus are regularly changing and consist of modern British dishes cooked to 2 AA rosette standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced. As Head Chef you will be leading the small brigade of four chefs.
The ideal candidate for this role must have 2 AA rosette experience, and a stable background. They will also have been working as a Head Chef or Sous Chef level in their most recent position. And also be an ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression who enjoys the countryside.
