The Exec Head of this fantastic property is seeking a Head Chef to assist with the management of the main restaurant at this upmarket holiday hotel and resort. The restaurant and bar offers informal and relaxed all day dining and is extremely busy during the peak season. The menus consist of light bites, sharing platters, has a grill section, stone baked pizzas to name a few sections all prepared from fresh locally produced produce as much as possible. The property needs a hands on Head Chef who can liaise closely with the Exec Chef and is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst managing the junior members of the team.
An experienced Head Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
