An Exciting Head Chef position is available to join an experienced team at a luxury country spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets including the 120 cover 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant, a bar that serves lighter meals and snacks and also a busy conference department that caters for weddings and private functions. The hotel is located in a stunning location and is very busy during the summer season you will be responsible for managing, training and developing a team of 15 chefs and must have a proven track record of being strong on maintaining budgets. Any additional hours worked over the 45 hours contracted will be paid as overtime.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 2 AA rosette multi outlet fresh food establishment. You must have good communication skills and be organised and professional at all times
