A live in position of Head Chef is available at a luxury country house hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining in all the hotel food outlets. In this role of Head Chef, you will be responsible for the running of the Brasserie Restaurant in the hotel and will work closely with the group executive chef. The Brasserie Offers an elegant open-plan dining space serving an all-day menu fusing British and Mediterranean cuisine. The brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday, with a daily specials board.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a high-quality fresh food establishment.
