An Executive Chef position is available at a luxury country hotel that has a Michelin star awarded fine dining restaurant. The restaurant has 30 covers, a private room with 6 covers, a chefs table and its own dedicated team of 4 chefs. As Executive Chef you will be given the freedom to make your mark, develop your style and enthuse the team with your passion for food. There is a separate pastry team in the hotel that fully supports the restaurant , afternoon tea and banqueting areas. The restaurant is open 4 days a week with one further day used as a preparation and training day.
This role would suit a passionate chef showing longevity on their CV who is already a Head Chef within a Michelin Awarded Restaurant who is seeking their first Exec Head Role. Experience of creating Michelin Sat and rosette standard dishes is essential. A passionate chef who has an outstanding food knowledge and ability to demonstrate flair with a good pallet.
