The Head Chef of a luxury coastal hotel is seeking a demi Chef de Partie to assist the kitchen team in the cooking of good quality dishes for its busy operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast and lunch menu, afternoon teas and offers fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. During the peak season the hotel is very busy and needs a Demi chef de Partie who is capable of working under pressure whilst also being able to assist the junior members of the team.
Requirements:
An experienced and committed Commis Chef who can ensure cooking standards always meet the properties expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is preferred but training will be given.
