A privately owned Inn with busy banqueting facilities is seeking a Commis Chef to work in the kitchen. The dining at the inn feature fine dining menus in the restaurant, tradition pub classics in the bar and banquet menus for the weddings and events. As Commis Chef you will receive further training to ensure that you can work on your section to the high standards the Michelin Star trained Head Chef expects.
All chefs applying to this role should be a Commis Chefs with some product knowledge looking for a role where you can continue to progress and expand your knowledge in the kitchen. The most important attributes that applicants need are passion, drive and commitment to your career.
