Commis Chef – SB2335A Full Time Permanent

An excellent opportunity is available for a Commis Chef to join the brigade working at a luxury hotel where you will be catering for different dining options on offer to the guests.  The main restaurant at the hotel holds a number of awards and accolades for delivering exceptional standards of cooking with menus that offer the freshest, most seasonal dishes.  At the same time as Commis Chef you will also be required to prepare dishes for private dining, afternoon teas and the functions taking place at the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef that wants to receive excellent training and gain fantastic experience.

Requirements:

All chefs applying for this role must have a stable background with experience of working in fresh food kitchens.  It is important that you can settle well into a small, dedicated team of chefs who are continually developing the food offering in place at the property.
