Chef de Parties – SB2352 Full Time Permanent

A 4* historical hotel which is re opening in September is seeking 2 Chef de Parties to join the team of 7 chefs that will be working in the kitchen. The hotel is being refurbished and the owner is developing a concept of having four different styles of cuisine available for diners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Parties to be part of a forward thinking concept where you will have the chance to learn and develop your skills in a variety of cooking styles. The hotel also caters for private dining,  and weddings and has a number of different rooms for this purpose. The Head Chef has autonomy on the different modern menus which will be changed regularly to reflect the seasonal fresh ingredients. Requirements:

A strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for promotion or an existing Chef de Partie who have a solid background working in high quality, fresh food kitchens, who is committed and has an appetite to learn.
