The Exec Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel located in the East Midlands is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the main kitchen catering for the restaurant and Bar area that offer TDH, A la Carte and traditional pub grub menus for lunch and dinner. This is a high volume dining operation which also caters for the busy conferencing areas and weddings. As Chef de Partie you will be working within with a large team of chefs and will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service times. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef to gain experience and experience in a busy kitchen as you will be moved around the sections and training will be given.
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume kitchen environment is preferred but not essential for the role as training will be given.
