A Chef de Partie position is available at a multi award winning four star stunning country hotel. The hotel is a busy dining venue with a 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes and tasting menus, as Chef de Partie you will be helping to push forwards for 3AA Rosettes. The hotel also hosts private events, weddings, conferences, Sunday lunches and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this chef de partie role will give you a fantastic opportunity to learn new cooking styles and gain experience working with a team of 7 committed chefs.
CVs will be considered from Chef de Parties, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A Chef de Partie who has drive and ambition to ensure high levels of food standards are achieved.
