The Head Chef of a country house hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade, cooking good quality dishes for the restaurant and small banqueting operation. The property offers a rustic, vibrant gastro pub style menu in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch onsite using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. A Chef de Partie who is capable of running their section sometimes under pressure in a busy kitchen is required.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a Chef de Partie who is flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen
