An opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen of an award winning gastro pub with rooms where you can develop your all round cooking skills whilst working to the high standards the Head Chef has put into place in the kitchen. The pub has been awarded multi AA Rosettes for its menus which feature modern British dishes that are prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients giving the successful Chef de Partie the chance to work with the best produce available in the Cumbria region. The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic and passionate about the role, with full training given on all sections and the opportunity to attended courses and enter competitions to help enhance your career.
A Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who has gained some experience working in rosette standard establishments where you were cooking to high standards using fantastic ingredients is essential. The ideal candidate will be a Chef de Partie who is eager to progress their career and likes to pay attention to detail.
