Chef de Partie – MT2166 Full Time Permanent

A fantastic opportunity for 3  Chef de Parties is available at a very popular destination restaurant in Nottingham which has a great reputation for offering its guests exclusive quality dining. In this position of chef de Partie you will be joining a passionate team of chefs at this restaurant which serves modern British, seasonal dishes from the ‘a la carte’ menu prepared to two AA Rosette standard, afternoon teas and Sunday lunches. You must be confident at rosette standard and able to hold a section. This is a great opportunity to join a formidable team with a chance to grow with the business.

Requirements:

An experienced Commis chef or chef de Partie who is focused and ambitious with previous experience working in a Rosette accredited venue is essential for this position. If you have not worked at this level then please do not apply.
