A Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen team at an exclusive and historical country house hotel. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing modern British dishes from fresh ingredients seasonally changing menus, for the multi award winning restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is also busy throughout the year with weddings, functions, afternoon teas and Sunday lunches. The role will require you to be capable of running your own section, ensuring it is organised and prepared for service whilst having the flexibility to move around the sections in the kitchen to support and supervise the junior chefs. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who wants to learn new skills and receive training.
A Commis chef or Chef de Partie who has been working in similar hotels with both award winning restaurants and banqueting departments is required. It is important that all applicants are committed, standards focused with the ability to follow instructions on preparation and presentation of the dishes.
Due to the location of this hotel it is essential that all applicants have access to their own transport.
