The Head Chef of a fantastic privately owned hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of 5 chefs working in the kitchen. The restaurant at the hotel offers modern classic British dishes, currently holding 2 rosettes and is pushing for further accolades. The hotel is also very busy with weddings, conferences and functions. This Chef de Partie role offers great training opportunities where you will be trained up on all sections by this experienced Head Chef. All meals are prepared with fresh locally sourced produce and presented to a high standard.
A Chef de Partie with a minimum 3 years experience, who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. A desire to learn and progress is also needed for this role.
