The Exec Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade, cooking good quality dishes for its multi outlet operation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Chef de Partie who is capable of working under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A Chef de Partie who has been working in kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a Chef de Partie who is flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen
Due to the location of this property it is essential that applicants have their own transport.
