A owners of a 4* country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, located in a stunning countryside location, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of twelve chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will largely focus on preparing dishes for the brasserie style restaurant at the property and your ideas will be included in the menus which are created using all fresh seasonal produce. You will have the opportunity to move around all of the sections in the kitchen so this is a great opportunity to gain skills and experience.
A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens, any rosette experience would be an advantage. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
