Chef de Partie – CG2092 Full Time Permanent

A private company which has a great reputation for food led pubs is seeking Chef de Parties at a number of their pubs in the Conwy North Wales area. The pubs serve menus featuring traditional pub classics which are all prepared from fresh ingredients on site with a focus on seasonality. This a great opportunity for chefs who want to receive training and join a progressive and expanding pub chain. This company is an excellent company to work for they believe in family values, offer exceptional training and support programs and pubs are closed on Christmas Day.

Requirements:

Committed, hardworking and flexible chefs with experience of working in fresh food kitchens and can demonstrate sound cookery skills.
