A popular hotel located near Bolton is seeking a chef de partie to join a brigade of 12 chefs. The property is a busy venue with a restaurant, bar and conference and banqueting facilities with a capacity of 400 plus covers. The menus all feature dishes made using good quality fresh ingredients. During the peak season the property is very busy so needs a chef de partie who is capable of working whilst under pressure.
A chef de partie who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 2 years at this level, with experience in busy 4 star hotels. A chef de partie who works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
