A Chef de Partie position is available at a hotel offering award winning dining in Lancashire
Joining a stable team of chefs as a Chef de Partie you will be working in the kitchen of a high quality hotel which has won awards for the high standards of cooking on offer. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be given the opportunity to focus on the starters and larder section although you will move to other sections if required to do so. At the same time the Head Chef encourages all the team to become involved with having an input on the new dishes for the menus. The role will require you to work from 1pm to finish, with no early starts and a maximum of 45 hours worked a week.
The role needs a Chef de Partie who has been working in fresh food kitchens who is keen to now work in an award winning kitchen where you can continue to progress and learn new cooking techniques.A positive chef who works well within a team would be ideal.
