The head chef of a city centre restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of chefs working at the property creating award winning dining. The menus feature modern British dishes made using fresh, seasonal produce using as many local suppliers as possible. The Head Chef is always pushing the standards forward in order to gain further awards and accolades, as a result this Chef de Partie position will offer plenty of training in order to advance your career. The role is flexible depending on a candidates experience so a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie will also be considered if they are the right person to join the team.
A chef with good fresh food experience who ideally already has some AA Rosette experience is required to take on this position. CVs will be considered from experienced chefs who are at least strong Commis Chefs but ideally a Chef de Partie with experience of running their own section.
