Chef de Partie – CG2100 Full Time Permanent

The Head Chef of a luxury 4* multi-outlet hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the main kitchen catering for the restaurant, bar and function rooms. This is a high volume dining operation which can be extremely busy during peak service times and you will be assisting the talented team of 10 chefs. The hotel offers dining in the restaurant, bar, afternoon teas, and also has a busy banqueting and conference department especially popular for event evenings. As Chef de Partie you will need to ensure that your section is fully prepared for the busy service whilst also ensuring that you are working in a clean, tidy manner so are able to be organised when under pressure.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Chef in a high volume kitchen environment is essential for the role. The ability to perform to the high standards the senior chefs expect whilst also running your section without compromising cooking standards is an important aspect to the position.
