Chef de Partie – TP2183 Full Time Permanent

The owners of a newly opening boutique style bed and breakfast with a 30 cover bistro, are seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work along side talented and focused senior chefs, and to be a part of a team that will build an excellent reputation for the business. As Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes with focus on using high end locally sourced fresh seasonal food. The restaurant will be open all day including brunch, light lunches, and Modern British style menu in the evenings.

Requirements:

A Chef de Partie with a minimum of 2 AA rosette background who has previous experience of fresh food restaurants or gastro pubs resulting in an excellent all round knowledge of the kitchen and an up to date awareness of current cooking trends is required for this role. All chefs applying should have good organisational skills and are able to have their section fully prepped for service times in order to ensure that the department runs smoothly.
