A golf club located in Oxfordshire that offers fresh, seasonal dishes in its 70 cover restaurant as well as for the golf events that take place at the venue is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team of 4 chefs working in the kitchen. The venue is especially busy during the golf peak season in the summer months but is used throughout the year. As Breakfast Chef you will be working in the new kitchen providing plated cooked to order dishes for the hotel guests, and golfers.
Previous experience working as a breakfast chef in a busy fresh food outlet is essential for this position. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure. Due to the location of this property it is essential that all applications have their own transport.
