A Country Spa retreat in a stunning location in Staffordshire is seeking a Banqueting Chef to manage the separate well laid out banqueting kitchen. The property is a busy venue with a capacity of 250 sit down covers, which includes providing quality fresh food for conferences, corporate dining, weddings and parties. The dining options are varied for the multiple rooms and spaces available and an emphasis is placed on all guests receiving a five star experience. As Banqueting Chef you will have scope to write new menus and bring new ideas to the department and if there are no functions booked in you can get nights off.
A Sous Chef or head chef who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 4 years at this level, with experience in busy banqueting venues. A Sous Chef or Head Chef who has the management skills needed to run a busy operation, works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
