Exciting opportunity for a Baker, who will have an input on the menus, and support the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service. This multi outlet 5* luxury hotel is part of an international group which offers its guests the highest quality of food and service. As Baker you will be be working in the pastry kitchen under the guidance of the executive chef and will be expected to create products using the finest of ingredients ensuring that they reflect the main menus and by using modern cooking techniques whilst also featuring classic cooking.
An experienced Baker who is experienced working in high class artisan bakeries or similar standard hotels is required to take on this role. It is important that you are able to work independently and able to assist with the training and supervision of other team members.
