Head Chef ~ TP2358 Full Time Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join a successful company at a very popular boutique hotel. The hotel, which is situated in a beautiful part of the country, offers 2AA rosette dining in the restaurant, and is a very popular wedding venue. The hotel prides itself on providing menus featuring modern British dishes made using local fresh ingredients which showcase the great British flavours on offer. You will lead a brigade of 8 Chefs so good leadership skills are essential. This is an exciting role as Head Chef  you will have full autonomy on the menus. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also part of this role.
