Sous Chef – TP2435 Full Time Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a successful and growing company at one of their well run Country Inns. The Inn, which is situated near Thirsk, offers rosette standard dining in the restaurant and also has a very popular private dining room. The Inn prides itself on providing menus featuring modern British dishes made using local fresh seasonally changing ingredients which showcase the great British flavours on offer. You will be working with a committed brigade of chefs and will receive excellent training and promotion within this company. As Sous Chef you will be assisting in completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also part of this role.

Requirements:

This role would suit a Sous Chef who has previous experience at a similar venue, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills gained from within fresh food kitchens.
