This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a Successful company at one of its popular holiday parks. As Sous Chef, you will assist the head chef who is responsible for the Saloon Style Bar that offers all day American themed dining. During holidays this pub style restaurant is extremely busy and fast paced. the kitchen is well equipped and the company offers excellent working conditions. It is essential that you have a sound working knowledge of all kitchen paperwork.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Sous Chef level and have worked at fresh food volume pubs or restaurants. A Chef that is a good leader, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
