An Exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef is available to join an experienced team at a luxury spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets including an a la carte menu in the brasserie, lighter dishes are served in the bar, all day casual dining, afternoon teas and also meetings and weddings are catered for. The restaurant serves Modern/Classic dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, you will have a strong input on the menu in consultation with the Head Chef . This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel but you will experience good working conditions. This position would suit an ambitious Sous Chef as the head chef is pushing the standards forwards to achieve accolades.
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 1AA rosette fresh food establishment.
